Our popcorn is a Mushroom type popcorn that holds its shape while stirring with a wooden paddle and has a large surface area that we coat with flavor. We also buy special popcorn from a family-owned business in Kansas. We use two types of salt which is non-iodized salt for people with iodine allergies. We use soy-based coatings for caramel and general production and Holiday mixes are actually a combination of flavors, it's not food coloring.
Our Jalapeño is made with real Jalapeño peppers! You need to try it, don't be scared.
Our secret recipe including sugar and salt. With a little added flavor to separate TQC from the rest. It will be the best Kettle Corn you have ever had.
Our caramel is made from a glaze that we add to the kettle in the popping process.
We coat our apple popcorn with an apple flavoring and usually mix this popcorn with caramel, creating a Caramel Apple flavor.
Our cheddar is a timely process; we melt the cheddar mix, made with real cheddar cheese, and drizzle it over popcorn, tumbling in a huge pot. We keep adding cheddar until the popcorn is coated. This process is done with an industrial "Tumbler" for even coating.
Holding true to the Midwest standards of Caramel & Cheddar. Our mixture is thoroughly coated and packed with plenty of flavor. NO SKIMPING ON THE CHEDDAR EITHER!!!
